Rob Smith

Rob Smith is an experienced Software Release Manager with a diverse background in managing software releases across various industries. Currently contracted at OnPoint Group, LLC since February 2023, Rob previously served as a Release Manager and Salesforce CoE Program Manager at T-Mobile, where responsibilities included overseeing bi-weekly iteration releases and supporting marketing initiatives. Prior to T-Mobile, Rob held the role of Release Manager at Nike, KinderCare Education, Kronos, and The Advisory Board Company, coordinating software updates and facilitating Agile development processes. Early career experience includes roles as a Software Configuration Manager and Senior Configuration Management Engineer at Fiserv and Northwest Evaluation Association. Rob holds a B.S. in Electronics Management from Southern Illinois University and an A.A.S. in Aircraft Weapon Systems, Electronics from the Community College of the Air Force.
