Filip Van Wulpen has held various roles throughout their work experience. Filip started their career in 1996 as a Software Engineer at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, and then moved on to Materialise in 1997. At Materialise, they began as a Software Engineer and eventually worked their way up to Project Manager, Software Development Manager, and Principal Portfolio Manager Orthopaedics. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Software Architect at Materialise.
Filip Van Wulpen received their Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Katholieke Hogeschool Brugge-Oostende in the years 1990 to 1994. Filip then pursued additional degrees in Information Technology and Applied Information Technology at KU Leuven, completing them in 1995 and 1996, respectively.
