Valerie Van Sannen has been working at Materialise since December 2017 as the Global Talent Development Manager and previously as the Global Recruitment Manager. Valerie has also held positions at HR One Group and Tempo-Team Belgium. Valerie holds a degree in L&D Management and a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Applied Economics with a major in Human Resources and Business Economics respectively. Valerie's expertise lies in recruitment strategy, candidate experience, employer branding, and talent development.
