Darren Brown

Darren Brown is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and management. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Materion Corporation since October 2006, Darren has held numerous positions including Manufacturing Manager, Lead Manufacturing Engineer, and Product Engineer II, focusing on the design of thin film optical components for various applications, including space and military. Prior to this, Darren worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where testing and analysis of the durability and performance of baseballs and bats were conducted, with findings presented to major organizations. Darren holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, earned in 2006.
