Justin Compiseno

Justin Compiseno has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent management, workforce planning, and HR strategy. Justin is currently serving as the Vice President of HR - Performance Materials & Employee Relations at Materion Corporation since August 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources - Manufacturing Operations at Materion Corporation from April 2020 to August 2022. Before joining Materion Corporation, they worked at Eaton from 2011 to 2018, where they held various roles, including Director of HR Talent Planning & Analytics and Global HR Business Partner. Justin also has experience working at GE Capital as an HR Manager and at IBM in various HR roles. Overall, Justin Compiseno has a strong background in HR leadership and strategic HR planning.

Justin Compiseno completed their education chronologically as follows:

From 1996 to 2000, they attended St. Ignatius High School, where they completed their high school education.

Continuing their studies, they then enrolled at Cornell University from 1996 to 2000. Justin obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Cornell University.

Later, from 2006 to 2008, they pursued their MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, specializing in the field of study in 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Justin Compiseno obtained a certification in the CHRO Leadership Academy from Michigan State University in September 2023.
