Tracy MacNeal

Tracy MacNeal has a long and varied career in the medical and pharmaceutical industries. Tracy has held the role of President and CEO of Materna Medical since 2019, and is also a Board Member and Chair of the Women's Executive Network at AdvaMed. In 2019, they also became an Angel Investor at Portfolia. From 2017 to 2019, Tracy was the President (Diagnostics & Digital Health) and Chief Marketing Officer of Ximedica. From 2011 to 2017, they were the Chief Strategy Officer and EVP Sales & Marketing at ATW Companies. In 2011, they were also a Board of Directors member at MedTech Association. From 2007 to 2011, Tracy was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and VP of Business Development at Praxis Technology. From 2001 to 2007, they were the President & CEO of MacNeal Consulting. Finally, from 1997 to 2001, Tracy was a New Product Analyst and Process Engineer at Merck & Co., Inc., where they lived and worked in both New York City and London.

Tracy MacNeal received their MBA from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business in 2010, where they studied Health Sector Management. Prior to that, they earned a BE in Chemical Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in 1997.
