Terica Adams

Terica Adams, APTD, currently serves as a Senior Learning Specialist at Mathematica since October 2020. As Executive Director of Hamilton National Dance Day since October 2013, Terica leads an initiative celebrating the universality of dance and cultural expression. Previous roles include Talent Development Specialist at the DC Office of the State Superintendent of Education from October 2018 to October 2020, where Terica focused on employee engagement and development, and Training Programs Specialist at the Association for Financial Professionals from March 2013 to September 2018, where responsibilities included coordinating training logistics and assessing client needs. Terica’s earlier experiences include positions in multicultural recruitment at Colgate University, leadership in a community service organization addressing relationship violence, and teaching assistance in early childhood development. Terica earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Psychology from Colgate University and holds an International Baccalaureate Diploma. Recognitions include the ALANA Student Organization Award and COVE Campus Impact Award.
