Constantine Petridis

Constantine Petridis is a culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Chef at Mather since February 2017, Constantine previously held the position of Executive Chef at Three Crowns Park from April 2013 to April 2016, and served as Sous Chef at North Shore Country Club - Greater Chicago from April 2010 to April 2013. Constantine earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Art Institutes.
