Isaac Krasny

Isaac Krasny is the current Director of Product at Mathison. Prior to this, they served as Senior Product Manager and Product Manager at Mathison, where they originated the product function. Isaac has also worked as a Product Operations Manager at Sourceress.

Isaac is focused on building the long-term home for Mathison: a holistic diversity transformation platform for companies looking to discover, attract, and retain underrepresented talent. This includes diversity sourcing, DEI assessment and planning, a knowledge base, and much more.

At Sourceress, Isaac worked with the engineering, product, and design team to build and release a new platform. Isaac also rebuilt onboarding for the company's core product - an AI talent sourcing platform - which resulted in shortening onboarding from 2 months to 1 week. In addition, they initiated and led a project to improve writing process efficiency, reducing COGS by 70%.

Isaac Krasny attended Sarah Lawrence College for their Bachelor of Arts in early American history. Isaac also attended Long Trail School.
