Carlos F. López

Carlos F. López has over 10 years of work experience in various roles related to engineering and research. Carlos F. is currently a Principal Engineer and Senior Team Lead at MathWorks, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this role, Carlos was a Senior Software Engineer at the same company, starting in 2018.

Before joining MathWorks, Carlos worked as a Research Associate at Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh from 2015 to 2018. Carlos F. also worked on signal processing and propagation characterization in complex environments.

Lastly, Carlos started their career as an IT Administrator at Datatronics from 2007 to 2009, where they were responsible for system administration, network administration, and the deployment and maintenance of high availability services.
