Kausalya Priya is a seasoned UX researcher with extensive experience in leading and executing user experience research across various industries. Currently working at MathWorks as a UX Researcher since December 2022, Kausalya has a proven track record of enhancing research processes and building effective UX research teams. Previous roles include consulting and managing research at Dream11, where significant insights influenced product development. At PeepalDesign, Kausalya was recognized for outstanding work as both a Principal and Senior UX Researcher, emphasizing remote collaboration during the Covid-19 pandemic. Earlier experience includes UX research and design at BookMyShow, senior interaction design at Oracle India, and senior UX design at HCL Technologies, showcasing a strong foundation in user psychology and product development. Kausalya holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from Sri Sivasubramaniya Nadar College of Engineering.
