Nichole Austin is an experienced Account Director at Mathys+Potestio/The Creative Party®, specializing in client satisfaction and contingent workforce solutions within the VMS framework since July 2017. With a robust background in recruitment and client management, Nichole has excelled in delivering recruitment solutions across public and private sectors, demonstrating skills in high-volume recruiting and client relationship building. Formerly a Store Manager at Starbucks, Nichole managed significant business units and a team of employees, and holds extensive experience in operations and human services from roles with Clackamas County and the State of Oregon.
