Gilad Rosenblatt is a Deep Learning Engineer at Matic, where Gilad is focused on developing autonomous home robots since January 2022. Previously, Gilad co-founded and served as CEO at Lightcode.io from May 2020 to December 2021. Prior to that, Gilad was an R&D Project Manager and Senior Researcher at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, overseeing the development of advanced computer vision and optical sensing technologies, and conducting significant research as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow, leading to discoveries in optical fields applicable to various technologies. Gilad's earlier roles at Technion involved pioneering work in nano-optics and teaching at the graduate level. Educational qualifications include a PhD, Master's Degree, and multiple Bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering, Physics, and Mathematics, all obtained from Technion. Currently, Gilad is pursuing further studies at Tel Aviv University.
