Elmy Xavier Morales Rodriguez has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Elmy Xavier began their career as an Electronic Engineering Technician at The Arecibo Observatory in 1996. Elmy Xavier then worked as an Engineering Technician at HP from 2000 to 2001. In 2002, they joined Eli Lilly and Company as an Engineer I - Engineering & Maintenance, eventually transitioning to the role of Reliability Engineer until 2005.
