Luciana Eva Krasñansky

Luciana Eva Krasñansky has a wealth of experience in customer service. Luciana Eva began their career in 2016 as a Representante del servicio de atención al cliente at Mercado Libre. Luciana Eva was then promoted to Team Leader Customer Experience. In 2020, they joined Matific as a Manager, Customer Success and was later promoted to Customer Success Director LATAM.

Luciana Eva Krasñansky is currently enrolled in UADE, where they are pursuing a Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos. Prior to this, they attended Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires' where they obtained a Formacion en Coaching Ontológico. Luciana Eva also received a Coaching Ontológico Profesional from ICP Coaching - Instituto de Capacitación Profesional.
