Jolie Summers

Jolie Summers has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jolie is currently the Director of Product Delivery at Sign In Enterprise (formerly Traction Guest) since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Agile Coach at the same company from November 2021 to July 2022.

In 2022, Jolie also assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer at Bit3.

In 2021, they worked as an Agile Coach at BCI from February to June.

From 2016 to 2021, Jolie served as the Program Director at Digital On Six, where they demonstrated expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and provided clients with exceptional services.

In 2019, Jolie worked as an Agile Coach at Sierra Systems from January to February.

In 2017, they held the role of Director of Corporate Operations at VRify from August to January. Additionally, they served as the Product Delivery Manager at Purdys Chocolatier from January to August.

In 2016, Jolie worked as a Product Owner at SHOES.COM, where they successfully managed a program of 12 technology projects, reduced technology spend, and optimized the eCommerce experience through AB tests.

Prior to that, they worked as an eCommerce Consultant at lululemon athletica in 2015.

In 2014, Jolie worked at Aritzia as the Manager of eCommerce Product Catalogue from January to October. Jolie also had roles in Operations, eCommerce & Marketing and Operations, eCommerce, where they played a key role in launching the French website and optimizing business processes.

Jolie Summers completed their education in a chronological order, starting with high school. From 1999 to 2004, they attended McRoberts Secondary School and obtained their high school diploma.

After completing their high school education, Jolie went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree at The University of British Columbia. Jolie attended this institution from 2004 to 2008, majoring in English.

Following their undergraduate studies, Jolie furthered their education at the University of Victoria. From 2008 to 2011, they studied at this institution and earned a Master's degree in Public Administration.

In addition to their formal education, Jolie has obtained several certifications related to their expertise in Scrum. In 2017, they became a Certified Scrum Product Owner and in 2018, they became a Certified Scrum Master, both from Scrum Alliance. Their most recent certification, Advanced Certified Scrum Master, was obtained in September 2022.
