Rachit Nema has over 10 years of work experience in the field of sales and business development. Rachit began their career in 2008 as a State Head at Everonn Education Ltd, where they were responsible for managing a team of sales managers, drawing up strategies and sales action plans, and generating business and revenue from education institutes. In 2011, they moved to Tata Interactive Systems as a Business Development Manager. From 2012 to 2019, they were the Director of K-12 STEM Learnings Pvt Ltd (Innovation in Classroom), where they worked to improve human capital through quality education and development. In 2019, they became a Regional Manager at Educational Initiatives, executing the firm's goal in sales and support teams effectiveness and managing functions essential to sales and support productivity. In 2021, they took on the role of Senior Manager at TagHive Inc. and in 2022, they became a Regional Sales Manager at Matific and a State Head, Public Sector at Embibe.
