Burns began their career in the healthcare industry, working in various sales and marketing roles. In 2013, they became the SVP - Chief Revenue Officer at eOriginal, Inc., where they were responsible for developing and executing the company’s revenue strategy.

In 2014, they joined NTT DATA Corporation as President of Healthcare and Life Sciences Services. In this role, they were responsible for sales, offering development, and overall client satisfaction for North American-based clients in the healthcare industry.

In 2017, they left NTT DATA Corporation to join AccrediLink as President & CEO. Ralph was responsible for the company’s overall strategy and growth.

Ralph currently serves as an advisor at Matilda Cloud, a healthcare technology startup.
