Adrian Nixon

Adrian Nixon has a diverse work experience in the field of quality engineering and testing. Adrian currently holds the position of Senior Quality Engineer at Matillion since February 2020. Prior to that, Adrian worked as a Software Test Engineer at Matillion from May 2019 to February 2020.

Before joining Matillion, Adrian worked at The Co-operative Bank plc as a Senior Performance Test Analyst from October 2016 to May 2019. In this role, they were responsible for leading the planning, control, and delivery of performance testing for medium to large scale projects. Adrian also prepared high-level and detailed estimates of testing scope and effort, created key testing deliverables, and maintained LoadRunner scripts and scenarios.

Prior to their role at The Co-operative Bank plc, Adrian worked as a Performance Test Analyst at Doris IT from October 2014 to October 2016.

Adrian's work experience also includes a role as an Office Manager at JKL Heating from August 2012 to October 2014.

In addition, Adrian worked as an NF QA Test Analyst at Sony from February 2013 to February 2014.

Adrian Nixon completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from The Manchester Metropolitan University between the years 2009 and 2012. Prior to that, they attended Ormskirk School Sixth Form College from 2007 to 2009, where they pursued A Levels in Mathematics, Further Mathematics, and Physics.

In addition to their formal education, Adrian also obtained certifications. In February 2014, they received the Foundation Level - Certified Tester certification from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board. More recently, in February 2022, Adrian achieved the Matillion Associate Certification from Matillion.
