Gautam Pachnanda

Gautam Pachnanda has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Gautam began their career in 1999 as a Technical Director at B2B Net Uk Ltd. From 2005 to 2012, they worked at Trader Media Group, starting as a Senior Java Developer and progressing to roles such as Principal Developer, Development Team Leader, and Delivery Team Leader.

In 2012, Gautam joined Thales as a Scrum Master/Developer, working on the NTIS project for the Highways Agency. Gautam then worked as a Technical Architect at Kainos for a brief period in 2015 before returning to Thales as a Technical Architect/Developer. During their time at Thales, Gautam was involved in various software release projects for the Highways Agency and London Underground.

From 2019 to 2020, Gautam worked at Kainos as a Delivery Manager and then joined QVC as a Senior Software Developer and later as a Lead Developer. In 2020, they transitioned to Moneysupermarket Group, where they served as a Technical Lead before moving to the UK Home Office as a Principal Developer.

Most recently, Gautam joined Matillion in 2022, initially as a Principal Engineer and later transitioning to the role of Senior Staff Engineer.

Throughout their career, Gautam has demonstrated expertise in software development, architecture, and leadership roles, working on projects for various organizations in the UK.

Gautam Pachnanda pursued their Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical and Electronics from Manipal Academy of Higher Education from 1991 to 1995. Later, they attended The University of Manchester for their Master of Science degree in Computation from 1999 to 2000.
