Vlad Rusu

Vlad Rusu has a diverse work experience. Vlad began their career as a Spring Week Member of the Information Technology Class at Credit Suisse in 2015. In 2016, they joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Technology Analyst, where they developed software engineering skills and enhanced their business analyst skills. During this time, they worked on Natural Language Processing-oriented web applications and drove automation opportunities for internal reports.

In 2018, Rusu joined Matillion as a Graduate Software Engineer and later became a Software Engineer. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Software Engineer at Matillion, starting in February 2023.

In addition to their professional experience, Rusu also served as a Student Ambassador for the School of Computer Science at The University of Manchester. Vlad was responsible for assisting in events, giving tours, and answering questions from prospective students.

Vlad Rusu pursued their education in the field of Computer Science and Mathematics. From 2014 to 2018, they attended The University of Manchester and completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree. Prior to that, they studied Mathematics and Computer Science (Bilingual) from 2010 to 2014 at the "Vasile Alecsandri" National College in Galati. No specific field of study was mentioned during their time at the National College.
