Alex Eaton

Alex Eaton is an experienced Quality Leader and manager with a strong background in quality assurance and process improvement across various industries. Currently serving as the Business Unit Quality Leader for Protective Solutions at Mativ since July 2022, Alex oversees US and UK manufacturing teams to enhance product value. Previously, Alex held multiple Quality Manager roles at SWM International and Smith & Nephew, where responsibilities included managing quality systems, conducting audits, and leading strategic business improvements to meet customer expectations. Alex's career began as a Development Chemist at Columbia International, with a focus on establishing ISO9001 quality management systems. Alex holds a BSc in Chemistry with French from The University of Manchester.
