Thairo Arruda, MBA, serves as the CEO of SAF BOTAFOGO since March 2022, focusing on implementing strategic plans and fostering relationships within the football industry. Additionally, Thairo is a Managing Partner at both Matix Advisors and Matix Capital, specializing in consulting and private equity within the soccer sector. Previous experience includes a Senior Consultant role at End-to-End Analytics and various positions in project management and strategic analysis at Yale School of Management, Itaú BBA, Cosin Consulting, and INDG. Thairo Arruda holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a degree in Computing Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Ponta Grossa.
