Serhii Yelchenko

Serhii Yelchenko, PhD, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project and delivery management within the technology sector. As the Founder and Managing Director of Matoffo since 2020, Serhii has leveraged previous experience as a Delivery Consultant at EPAM Systems and held various leadership roles at Ciklum, including Delivery Director and Delivery Manager. Prior roles include Technical Project Manager at N-iX and Program and Project Manager at Core Value powered by Avenga. Serhii began the career as a Project Manager at iLogos and a Senior Engineer at EchoStar Corporation, alongside serving as Engineering Manager at 21st Century Technologies. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Telecommunication Systems and Networks from Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics and a Master's degree in the same field from State University "PVIS".
