Ling Zhu

Ling Zhu has been working in the IT industry since 2015. Ling began their career as an IT Technician at Schneider Beijing Medium & Low Voltage Co., Ltd., Beijing. In 2017, they worked as a Customer Service at Asuka Sushi. In 2018, they worked as a Business Analyst & Web Developer at Oaktree where they were responsible for enhancing and improving systems and processes for the Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), analysing and drawing conclusions regarding complex data and information, and documenting current and future state processes, systems flows, and data flows. In 2019, they worked as an Information Technology Intern at Codejoy where they provided first class customer service in a friendly way, built and maintained a tight relationship with the high-value customers, and responded to customers to satisfy their requirements. Currently, they are working as a China Business Analyst at Matrak.

Ling Zhu completed a Master of Information Systems from the University of Melbourne from 2017 to 2018, with a field of study in Information Systems. Prior to that, Ling Zhu completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the China University of Petroleum, Beijing from 2012 to 2016, with a field of study in Information Management and Information Systems.
