Joyce H. has an extensive work experience. Joyce began their career in 1993 at Citi, where they held four different roles, including Vice President of Citibank Credit Cards - Marketing and Product Management, Vice President of Internet Payment Services - Product Management and Development, Vice President of Business and Risk Review - Planning, Budgeting and Analysis, and AVP of Commercial Banking - Small Business Credit Officer. In 2005, they became a Globetrotter and Food Enthusiast for Traveler. From 2007 to 2009, they worked for Make-A-Wish Orange County and the Inland Empire as a Wish Grantor and Administrator. In 2009, they interned for the Food Network. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Market Table and Garde Manger for ABC Kitchen and a Finance Manager and Business Development for Owl's Brew. From 2013 to 2019, they were the Director of Finance, HR and Administration for The Sylvia Center. Most recently, they were the CFO and COO at Matriark Foods, where they utilized excess and increased access.

Joyce H. attended The Wharton School from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing and Multinational Management. In 2009 and 2010, they attended the International Culinary Center, where they obtained a Grand Diploma in Culinary Arts. In 2013 and 2014, they returned to the International Culinary Center for sommelier training. In 2014, they obtained a Certified Level of The Court of Master Sommeliers from The Court of Master Sommeliers.
