Marco A. Avila-Elchiver is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and operations. Currently serving as a Partner at Matrix Consulting since January 2020, Marco previously held key roles at Isapre Colmena, including Gerente de Operaciones y Experiencia de Clientes and Gerente de Beneficios. Marco's career at McKinsey & Company spanned nearly a decade, where roles included Associate Partner and Engagement Manager, along with a fellowship at the McKinsey Hospital Institute.
