Angela Wenger, PHR, has a strong background in HR administration and talent acquisition. At Matrix Design Group, Angela played a key role in recruiting and onboarding during a period of rapid growth. Angela also boosted employee retention through surveys, expanded DE&I recruitment, and trained hiring managers on fair interviewing practices. Angela's experience includes developing SOPs at Columbine Country Club, conducting labor market analysis at Cherry Creek Country Club, and implementing internal communication strategies at Hidden Creek Country Club.
