Hristo Panicharov

Hristo Panicharov has gained a diverse range of work experience over the years. Hristo started their career at Sales-Promotions in 2013, where they served as a Technical Support specialist, handling various technical issues and acting as a liaison between ITSM and the company. Hristo was responsible for configuring IP phone lines, investigating hardware and software incidents, modifying or creating Windows accounts, and purchasing new hardware equipment, among other tasks. Hristo's role also involved monitoring service mailboxes and company websites.

In 2016, Hristo joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Storage Technical Support Engineer, providing technical assistance and support for storage systems. Hristo later worked at DXC Technology from March 2017 to July 2018 as a Data Storage Engineer, specializing in SAN NAS support.

Hristo's experience in the cryptocurrency industry was gained during their time at Cryptomedia.com from September 2018 to December 2019, where they worked as a Cryptocurrency Mining Specialist.

From June 2020 to August 2022, Hristo worked as a NOC Technician at 4infinity Global Services, ensuring the smooth operation of network operations centers.

Most recently, Hristo joined Matrix Eastern Europe in August 2022 as a Technical Support Engineer.

Hristo Panicharov began their education at the First Language School, where they obtained a High School Diploma. Hristo attended this school from 2001 to 2006, focusing on English Language and Literature. In 2012, Hristo attended the Technical University Varna for a year, completing the Cisco Certified Network Associate Course, also known as CCNA.
