Katrin Valchova

Katrin Valchova's work experience begins in 2017 at AmRest, where they worked as a Product Manager. Katrin'sresponsibilities included ensuring the supply of high-quality products at competitive prices, collecting customer feedback, and overseeing product releases.

In 2018, they joined Matrix Eastern Europe as a Human Resources Specialist. Katrin'smain responsibilities included managing the full recruitment process, providing market insights to hiring managers, and conducting interviews. Katrin held this position until September 2020.

Afterward, Katrin was promoted to the role of HR and Recruitment Team Leader at Matrix Eastern Europe. In this position, they developed and implemented recruitment and HR policies, managed a team of six IT recruiters, and owned the end-to-end recruitment process. Katrin held this position until December 2021.

Currently, they are serving as an HR Manager and Employee Experience at Matrix Eastern Europe, where they are responsible for enhancing the employee experience within the company.

Katrin Valchova's education history begins with their completion of a High School Diploma at NGDEK-National High School for Ancient Languages and Cultures from 2008 to 2013. Katrin then pursued further education at the University of National and World Economy, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from 2013 to 2017. Following this, they continued their studies at the same institution and earned a Master's degree in Human Resources from 2017 to 2018.
