Ray Stankiewicz

Ray is the Director of Client Solutions at Matrix Group. Ray works hand-in-hand with Matrix Group clients to identify the challenges that their organizations face, and recommends strategies and solutions to move them forward. Ray has an unparalleled ability to fully understand complex pain points, and works with the team to conceive, plan, and execute transformative, useful, and beautiful products for the clients.

With a background in web development and communication, Ray is passionate about technology, both in its discoveries and innovations as well as its ability to help people reach their goals. Ray has dedicated the last 13 years of his career to finding ways web and technology can assist a diverse group of clients to further their interests and achieve their most lofty goals.

Before joining the Matrix Group team, Ray worked at Matrix Group. In 2011, he moved to Minnesota, then Chicago, where he worked for technology firms The Nerdery and Vokal in solutions architecture and digital strategy consulting. Now he’s back as part of the Leadership Team at Matrix Group, working from Michigan. Ray holds a BA in Public Communications from American University.
