Oliver Tarver Jr. has extensive experience in human services and counseling, currently serving as a Direct Care Worker at Matrix Human Services since June 2012, where responsibilities include peer support, counseling, conflict resolution, and intake. In addition, Oliver has been a Counselor and Outreach Specialist at the Community Health Awareness Group (CHAG) since May 2010. Earlier, Oliver owned O. T. Matrix Human Services, located in Detroit, is a private, nonprofit, tax-exempt, 501(c)3, social service organization offering a range of programs devoted to maintaining and supporting the family unit and improving the quality of life for individuals of all ages.
