TiKilah Turner is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in youth services and community support. Currently serving as Program Manager - Youth Services and Prevention Specialist at Matrix Human Services, TiKilah focuses on providing intervention and prevention services to at-risk youth, specifically targeting issues like homelessness and juvenile justice involvement.
