Phill Menzies

Phill Menzies is an experienced professional in youth services and higher education administration, currently serving as the Director of Youth Services at Westchester Jewish Community Services since March 2022. Prior experience includes the role of HEOP Director at the New York Institute of Technology from May 2015 to March 2022, as well as serving as an Academic Advisor at the Fashion Institute of Technology from August 2012 to May 2015. Phill Menzies began a career in higher education as a HEOP Counselor at Fordham University from September 2005 to August 2012. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration from Baruch College (2013-2015) and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Fordham University.
