Siddharth Agarwal

Siddharth Agarwal has a diverse work experience, starting their career with IBM and EY in technology and strategy consulting from 2009 to 2013. Siddharth then joined A.T. Kearney as a Senior Business Analyst from 2014 to 2015. After that, they worked at The Boston Consulting Group as a Senior Associate and later as a Consultant from 2015 to 2017. Siddharth then joined Paytm, where they held the positions of General Manager - Payments from 2017 to 2019 and AVP - Payments from 2019 to 2019. Following their time at Paytm, they joined Ecom Express Private Limited as the Vice President - Corporate Strategy and Planning, leading a team of in-house consultants, product managers, and business analysts from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they are working at Matrix Partners India, where they hold the position of Vice President and Principal.

Siddharth Agarwal pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from RV College Of Engineering from 2005 to 2009. Siddharth then attended the Indian School of Business in 2013-2014, where they obtained a PGPM degree with a focus on Finance and Marketing. Additionally, they had an international exchange stint at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2014. Prior to their higher education, Siddharth completed their secondary schooling at Delhi Public School - Mathura Road, specializing in Science from 1993 to 2005.
