Sahil Rathi

Sahil Rathi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in AML consulting and data analytics. Currently serving as a Senior AML Consultant at Matrix-IFS since September 2022, Sahil has previously held roles including Senior Associate in AML and Regulatory Compliance at RSM US LLP, where responsibilities included BSA/AML and OFAC risk model validations. Prior to this, Sahil contributed as a Business Analytics Consultant at Echo Global Logistics, focusing on employee retention strategies, and worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Northern Illinois University on educational technology projects.
