Melissa Holeczy

Melissa Holeczy has a diverse work experience spanning from 2002 to the present. Melissa started their career at the Pediatric Teaching Hospital as a Patient Care Technician, where they gained experience in transplant and cardiac units. Melissa then joined UPMC as an RNBSN and worked there until 2012. In 2003, they also began working at the Children's Hospital as a BSNRSN until 2012. Melissa joined Matrix Medical Network in 2014 as a Nurse Practitioner Clinical Team Lead and later took on roles such as Clinical Services Manager and Clinical Care Director. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Clinical Performance Improvement at Matrix Medical Network. Melissa's clinical experience includes working in various areas such as pediatrics, family practice, women's health, and urgent care.

Melissa Holeczy earned their Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Waynesburg University in 2003. Melissa then pursued a Master's degree in Family Practice Nurse/Nursing from Carlow University, which they completed between 2010 and 2012. Melissa has also obtained the certification of Certified Nurse Practitioner from the AMERICAN ACADEMY OF NURSE PRACTITIONERS in June 2017.
