Lital Bachar

lital Bachar is a Senior Business and System Analyst/Project Manager with experience at Matrix since September 2015. Previously, lital worked at Bank Hapoalim as a Business Analyst and Project Manager in Trading Room Information Systems. Before that, lital was an Industrial & Management Engineer at Hoshen Synergy, specializing in organization and methods and information systems. lital holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a UX Expert certification from Netcraft Academy. Throughout lital's career, they have been involved in information system analysis, workflow and process definition, construction of statistical models, and presenting projects to customers.
