Shahar Barkan

Shahar Barkan has a diverse work experience in various technology-related roles. Shahar currently serves as a Project Lead at Matrix since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Cellcom from 2018 to 2022, where they held positions such as CTO/Head of Technology and R&D - Cellcom TV, as well as Head of DevOps, IPTV. Before Cellcom, Barkan worked at MIND CTI from 2007 to 2017, serving as CTO, Director of System & Architecture, System & Architecture Group Manager, and Infrastructure Team Leader and Product Architect. Shahar began their career at mind cti in 2000 as an Infrastructure Team Leader.

Shahar Barkan attended Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 1998 to 2002. During this time, their field of study was Computer Science.
