Tilman Schlenker

Tilman Schlenker has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Tilman started their career in 2000 as an Application Engineer at blaxxun interactive, where they worked for a short period. Tilman then moved on to NXN Software, where they held the same role until 2004. In the same year, Tilman joined Avid Technology as a Product Specialist before progressing to the role of Senior Software Engineer from 2006 to 2010. Tilman then took on the position of Product Owner from 2011 to 2019. In 2019, Tilman worked as a Designer, Developer, and Consultant as a freelancer. In the same year, they also joined Matrix Requirements, initially as a Developer and later assumed the role of CTO in 2024.

Tilman Schlenker obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree from Berlin Professional School – HWR Berlin in the years 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, they received a Diplom Ingenieur degree in Media Technology from Hochschule Mittweida between 1996 and 2000. Tilman completed their International Baccalaureate from the International School of Beijing from 1993 to 1996. Tilman'seducation began with a Mittlere Reife degree from Deutsche Schule Peking, which they acquired from 1985 to 1993. In addition, they hold certifications in Machine Learning from Coursera and Professional Scrum Product Owner from scrum.org.
