Karen McDonald

Karen McDonald currently serves as Vice President of Quality & HSE at Matrix Service Company, a position held since June 2022. Prior roles at Matrix include Vice President of HSE & People and Director of Human Resources, alongside experience as HR Manager for Matrix Service Canada. Previous to her tenure at Matrix, Karen worked at SNC-Lavalin, progressing through various roles from Business Development Coordinator to Manager of HR and Admin Services, where strategic direction and high-level project responsibilities were undertaken. Karen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing and Human Resources from the University of Alberta, earned between 1996 and 2002.
