Thyagaraj Harindranath

Thyagaraj (Raj) Harindranath is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering and team leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Executive/Director of Software Engineering at MatrixCare, Raj oversees 15 engineering teams focused on optimizing and modernizing multi-tenant SaaS products. Previous roles include Senior Engineering Executive at Capital One, where Raj directed initiatives to modernize legacy technologies into cloud-native solutions, and Software Services Engineering Director at PNC, where Raj built a Hybrid Data Integration Platform. With a strong foundation in software architecture and engineering management, Raj has also contributed to organizations such as BNY Mellon, First Niagara Bank, Cognizant, Reliable Software, Tech Mahindra, and worked as an independent IT consultant. Raj holds an MBA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from Bharathiar University.
