Phan Duy Thach is an Optical Engineer at MatrixSpec Solutions, specializing in the development of hyperspectral imaging systems since April 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Professional at Université de Sherbrooke from December 2021 to July 2023, and as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Institut national de la recherche scientifique from December 2019 to November 2021, focusing on integrated photonics. Phan Duy Thach previously held the position of Postdoctoral Research Fellow at École Polytechnique de Montréal from September 2017 to December 2019 and completed a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Ulsan between 2008 and 2013, following a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Vietnam National University, HCM City University of Technology, earned in 2008.
