Karin Larson has been working in the customer engagement industry since 2000. Karin started as a Project Manager for CRM Development & Consulting in 2000, and then wrote their Master Thesis in 2005. In 2006, they worked as a Management Consultant for CRM at Acando. Karin then moved on to Boxer TV-Access AB in 2007 as a Projektledare Retention. In 2010, they worked as a CRM ansvarig & projektledare for Avanza Bank. From 2016 to 2018, they were the CRM Manager and Ansvarig merförsäljning och lojalitet at Ecster. Finally, in 2020, they became the Head of Customer Engagement at Matsmart.
Karin Larson began their education in 1999, attending Uppsala University and studying Information Technology. Karin then moved on to Stockholm School of Business from 2001 to 2003, where they earned 80 p in Economics, Business and Administration. Finally, they attended Stockholm School of Economics from 2003 to 2005, where they earned an M.Sc. in International Business, 160 p.
