Luisa Molenda has worked in a variety of roles in the corporate world. In 2016, they were a Commercial Finance Intern at Embraco, where they developed activities in investment in fixed assets area and investment decision and economic viability analysis for new projects/products. In 2017, they were a Material Management Intern at BMW Group Brasil, where they focused on Supply Chain and Inbound Logistics, with main responsibilities including production planning program follow-up, stock performance analysis, product phase-in and phase-out processes, demand planning & management, and monitoring key performance indicators in the area. In 2019, they were a Project Coordinator at Electrolux, where they coordinated ongoing projects and initiatives as well as business analysis and reporting, design developing dashboards and ad hoc queries to support patent portfolio management and strategy. Most recently, in 2021, they began their role as a Product Analyst at Trustly, leveraging analytics and data quality through the use of GCP data services and dbt. In this role, they work closely with PMs, POs, development teams and stakeholders to make data driven decisions and make sure that the product development is in line with the business vision and strategy. Luisa also assists with product and market capability related inquires and analysis on an ad-hoc basis, and defines, implements and manages monthly KPI reports from data sources, modelling, pipeline creation and maintenance, all the way to data visualisations and insights sharing. In 2022, they will begin their role as an Analytics Engineer at Matsmart - Motatos.
Luisa Molenda obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Production Engineering from Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina in 2018. In 2021, they received a Google Data Analytics Certificate from Google.
