The Company operates through two business segments. The Construction segment is involved in the construction and civil engineering businesses, including contracting for construction work, ordering part of construction work and receiving orders for construction work. The Real Estate segment is involved in the sale of the real estate land and buildings, the leases housing and rental offices business, the sale of building materials, as well as the private finance initiative (PFI) business.
