Christine Umeda

Christine Umeda has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Christine has held various positions in different companies. In 1993, they started their career as a Recruiter at CBS Corporation. Later, they worked at the University of Southern California as a Professional Development Consultant and then as an Associate Director of Career Development. In 2007, they joined Jacobs Engineering as a Senior Manager of Learning and Development. After that, they worked at Unified Grocers as a Manager of Learning and Development. Currently, they serve as the Director of Talent and Organization Development at MATT Construction.

Christine Umeda earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, which they attended from 1987 to 1992. Christine then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Communication Management at the University of Southern California, completing their studies from 1997 to 2000. Additionally, Christine has obtained various certifications in fields such as workplace assessments, coaching, leadership, and employee relations law.
