Walley Fipps

Walley Fipps is an experienced operations and business leader currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at Mattang since February 2022. Fipps also operates Beerworks Specialty Bottle Shop and Tasting Room, a premier craft beer establishment in Southern Oregon since July 2011, offering a vast selection of beers and ciders. Previously, Fipps held the position of Finance Director at Southern Oregon Subaru from September 2002 to February 2022 and was a business owner at Black Rock Coffee Bar from June 2015 to July 2021.
