Kristen Pratley has a diverse work experience in the education sector, starting as an English Language Arts Teacher in West Branch-Rose City Area Schools in 2000. Kristen later moved to Holland Public Schools, where they served as an English Language Arts Teacher, Assessment Coordinator, and Instructional Specialist. Kristen then transitioned to VanBuren Intermediate School District as an Instructional Coach before becoming an Assistant Principal at DOWAGIAC UNION SCHOOL DISTRICT. Currently, they hold the position of Principal at Mattawan Consolidated School District.
Kristen Pratley obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Biology from Adrian College in 2000. Kristen then pursued a Master of Arts in Education Administration and Supervision from the University of Phoenix, completing their degree in 2008.
