Fiona Steele

Fiona Steele is an accomplished executive in the theme park and entertainment industry, currently serving as the Director of Park Openings & Operations at Mattel Adventure Park since April 2023. In this role, Fiona plays a pivotal part in the establishment of the first licensed Mattel branded theme park, overseeing the operational strategy and launch of guest and back-of-house functions. Prior to this, Fiona held the position of Senior Director of Operations at ARTECHOUSE, managing multiple locations across major cities. With extensive experience at Merlin Entertainments spanning over a decade, Fiona's roles included Head of Operations for Global New Openings & Acquisitions, showcasing a strong background in operational leadership and guest experience. Fiona's career began in marketing and administration, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Hons. in Tourism Management from the University of Hull.
